I'm thinking there is some kind of Chinese holiday going on right now. I purchased a laser from Jetlasers a week ago and haven't had them reply on any of my emails since May 5th.

I hope you are right. There is another member who is emailing them for me. He ordered within the time frame I ordered mine and his is progressing and he is in communication with them. Which is why I am a bit worried.

You shouldn't be worried about not getting your laser. I assume you paid with Paypal, who covers you in case they don't deliver. You should send another email tomorrow or tuesday though.

yeah holidays would explain it, when they have everything halts it seems they take those very serious nobody works on certain days hehe total stop in the infastructure.. hope they respond soon.

I have not have a good experience with communicating with them. I have requested information about a dual output laser from them. Three weeks ago they said they were going to have a "new product". I need a Blue 450nm with 5mw option and 80-100mw option output in the same handheld. I also asked them about hosts. They said that they would sell hosts only. When asked price they never replied. I have sent two emails since requesting price on hosts. No reply over 2 weeks.
