Stoner kitties. Catnip or ones that have a subscription to hightimes magazine?
I had a friend once who's cat ate an 1/8th of Whitewidow strain bud.
I wondered if the cat was going to make it because it was meowing in long delayed tones and couldn't walk. It just sat there and looked dayzed and confused. Also it had a curious craving for twinkies.

Shit stain LMAO. Actually she looks identical to my old cat. We called her Rollo because she looked like a squished Rollo candy. I had to put her down because she had a non-operable uterus infection. I dont cry often, but i lost it hard. I gave her a pain killer to finish it. The cat I have now has diabetes, and I have to give her 2 shots a day, she's getting close to the end too.

Both Glenn and I are a bit more inland from the I-5 corridor. However, compared to the drive down here, the side trip would be inconsequential.

If we're lucky we can get Glenn to make us some tea. If we end up here, beer is more in order ;)

Peace,

I had a black and white cat named Sheldon (he had the coolest cat gotey!) anyway, he kept collecting fluids in his lungs, we had him at a vet in Pueblo overnight, we were ONE DAY AWAY (this was during the 5 day drive from Florida to Colorado) from the vet here in Castle Rock, he's like number 3 on the top Vets in the US! The doctors at Pueblo were saying he didn't react or even get up for anybody, nothing, not even a meow. First second I walked in, he got up and started rubbing on the carrier window thing (the windows with bars on the front of cat carriers that's also a door). It was so hard to see him like that, he meowed but he looked like he was in so much pain..... He passed later that night....they say he might of had a cancerous tumor in his asophogus, and that from X-Rays you can't even see them because the bone is so thick. Later that year we adopted another cat, named Shelly, after looking arround all the Shelters (it was Dumb Friends League) he looked just like Sheldon, gotey and everything. Only difference, he's shy as hell. I miss Sheldon, he was the only cat at that Florida shelter that didn't hiss at me, after 30mins he just walked on over to me, and started rubbing on me, I pet him for a while, and we picked him. I guess, in a weird kinda way, he picked me. I will always miss Sheldon, sleeping on my bottom right corner of my bed, playing by clawing my hand (lightly) when I rubbed his tummy. We'd play where I rubbed his belly, and he clawed me, when I stopped, he'd kinda look at me funny, the start rubbing his head on my hand. And he was psycho for those little scratching posts that had those springs with a fluffy ball on top, we rubbed catnip into it, and man he'd go crazy! Uuuuhh...I'll miss him :(

Howdy Bob San Jose sounds fine I was hoping to stop in Davis to visit anyway ;)
I'll PM you friend.

You're welcome to stop in San Jose. A little jog over from I-5 but maybe we can organize a gathering of those in this area at my place near the San Jose airport.

@ Dave that sounds fine, Earl gray would be good but DOS XX would be better :)

@ Bloompile I'm sorry to hear about Sheldon we do get attached, I've lost a couple of good pets and it's no fun for sure.

I think the bitter sweet behind putting an animal down, is that they give the animal pain killers beforhand. So you see them all happy, rubbin on you and such...then... :cryyy:
