Got any more details on the cells you got? They are probably high power cells, but you will want to know what kind so that you don't put them on the wrong charger. Either IMR or LiFePO4, LiFePO4 having different charging requirements from IMR18650 and ICR (regular Li Ion 18650). You can charge IMR18650 in standard Li Ion charger.

Laptop ones are normal L-Ion 3.7v rechargeables made by Sanyo. I charge them in my shitty DX.com charger that I modded to run off usb :)

Did you find the reason the pack quit working in the first place

IE one bad cell, blown fuse, broken wire ???

it still worked fine, it was just split into two pieces from being dropped, so it was dubbed unsafe to use, altho when held together it functioned fine still.

ive already torn it apart and removed the batterys, and ive already successfully charged them in my intellicharger i4, aswell as tested one in a laser. all has been fine so far. im just wondering what the stamping on it means?
