Ordered a HL532nm 100mW from LaserBTB two weeks ago. Payment cleared 10 days ago. Anyone familiar with the company that can help me with how to track order or at least tell what stage my order is in? I click on order status and it has 5 icons..."Awaiting Payment", "Paid", "In process of production, 3-4 days normally", "Shipped" and "Completed". None of these are highlighted or checked and it lets me click on them (which highlights them) but no info is given??? My payment was taken out of my account 10 days ago and I used the cheapest shipping so maybe that is the issue but I've read reviews that say people have received their products in a week or so and the "3-4 days normally" thing have me worried. Any way to track order or at least see what stage it is at? Thanks.

Hey pauly,
That's strange. Normally, once payment is received your laser should be sent out to you within 1-5 days, and then take a few extra days to get to you. Have you tried emailing laserbtb?

Got an email from them yesterday that said "the products that you bought from laserbtb.com,have been in process of production,that needs 3-4 days normally,

Hmm, that dosen't make sense. Even if your payment got approved 10 days ago, counting the weekends(4 days in total) it should still have been finished by now. Did you pay via PayPal? I believe laserbtb only takes that? If so, give it another week and if nothing has changed, file a dispute.
