Looks like a nice pile of BS to me, possibly just a LED test electrical taped to a wire is almost what it looks like from the pics.

The seller says it uses a silicon(e?) optical sensor and yet you don't need to do any conversions on different wavelengths. That right there indicates something is wrong/fishy.

I looked at that and thought it wasn't right, it looks like someone has wrapped electrial tape around a PP3 battery with 2 wires ::)
I'll stick with the real thing my trusty Coherent lasercheck ;)

I looked it over and noted that there's no mention of calibrated wavelength OR max input power. I'd pass on it.
