Today I had a 9V Battery attached to a clip when I accidentally touched a chip on my laser module with the 2 wires.

It is a 200mw green laser module from DealExtreme.

Is this broken or is there a way for it to be fixed? If it is broken I can still buy another one thankfully.

I attatched 2 pictures of the module.

True Bobhaha. Tell us exactly what is going on and more clear pictures. I think I see a burned out component. Your best bet is to buy another.

hoped this helped,

"If I had a dollar for every pixel in those pictures, I'd have five cents."

Have you even tried to power it on yet?

Just for my own curiosity:

Why did you have a 9V battery on a clip close to this module?

How did BOTH wires accidentally touch the driver?

Peace,
dave
