laser dream

i had a really crazy dream the other day involving laser pointers. i was at some sort of carnival and it was raining. i had a green laser in the dream and was shining it around in the sky randomly and just having fun with it in general.

then all of the sudden i saw a helicopter getting close and about to land. it landed and at that point i freaked out and took my laser and threw it as far as i could. i was aiming for this lake but it landed short, and slid really far in the mud but didnt quite reach. within minutes there were cops everywhere searching for the person using the laser. there were like 20 of them looking everywhere, but they never found the laser. they were talking over a microphone too saying for whoever had the laser to turn it over.

in the end the cops left and i didnt get in any trouble! but i left my laser in the mud. it was probably around a 35mw in the dream because the beam was visible at night


have any of you guys had dreams involving lasers?

From my online Dream Diary, comes this:

APRIL 20, 2006:
...Next thing I remember was being outside and shooting toward the moon with a keychain-sized green-emitting laser pointer, not at all dissimilar to this product. The moon was much larger in this dream than it is in reality, and had a blue plastic dome covering much of its surface. My dad asked me where I got the laser pointer, and I told him I purchased it from a glass-front vending machine on plane in the not too distant past.  I also had a red-emitting keychain-style laser pointer, similar to this laser, but I don't remember if I tried to shoot the moon with it or not. I believe I was attempting to hit the moon with the green laser, and seeing if I could see the light reflected back at me with a brief delay (I believe ~500ms).

I woke up at this point.

This is also a laser-related dream from my Dream Diary:

JUNE 11, 2001:
This dream was all about lasers. Green diode lasers, like the kind they make green laser pointers out of. The highlight in this dream was when I had a couple of different green beam lasers; one about the size of a Bic pen (not much different from the one I actually own), and the more interesting one the size of an Infinity flashlight (a single AA cell, kind of fat squat penlight) that put out more than 1 watt of laser power. It melted a diffraction filter in a round metal holder that I held in front of it, and burned holes in a few other objects. Then I woke up.

Haha c0ld that's hilarious. Must have been freaky though lol. Only dreams I've had about lasers are day-dreams involving 100+ watt lasers and crazy ideas haha.
