Im not really sure how to word this but here goes: im going to be taking lots of beam shots with my new 2W 445nm. But i need something to point it at indoors that wont cause damage or burn
I cant use my door, walls, windows ect because my gf will flip 😭. Any ideas as to what i can use? It has to be durable(wont burn too easily:) )
Cheers

I use a brick but a cinder block would be larger. the brick still burns a little with over 2w :)

A brick? Can use anything really. I like the ones that are encased in a tube if some sorts. Blocks the majority of the light reflected from the dot. If you have some pics you can make one. Couple inches of small pic with and end cap and then shove something that will stop the beam but not burn at the bottom.

I spray painted a ceramic tile with matte black engine paint (matte black to absorb more light, engine paint because its heat resistant to 500 C)
