I ordered a 200mW New Style red from O-Like weeks ago and when it finally got here i was so happy only to find it didn't come with a case like they usually do. and 3 days later the f*cking tail cap button broke... And of course! As usual, There is no way to contact Susie about it because O-Like's site is down once more.:mad:

O-Like has screwed up with me before but they've *always* rectified it reasonably. I received a new style 200mW with a cracked diode lens; she cross-shipped a new one, and the next one was fine.

Granted, my recent 405nm new style didn't come with a case, either, and I would have liked one, but it could be that they're simply out of supply of new style cases.

Let me know if she agrees to send you one; I'd like one for my 405 -- I wouldn't be surprised if she did agree to that.

I hope this gets corrected for you probably. I've had similar issues so I can empathize. It's a real drag.

When buying anything, you should always do some research. All the info about this laser is here, you just need to take a few minutes to look for it.

I did my research. I even have a buddy here on the forums that lives in my neighborhood and has the New Style and hasn't had any problems. That is why im so pissed off.

if you would have done your research you would know susie is always a few keystrokes away on MSN.

I knew she was one MSN. I'm not messing with MSN just to get a hold of Susie.
I already sent the email. Hopefully she will be willing to help me out.
