If I point a 1W 445nm directly in my eyes how much time will cause damage?

it depends, my theory is light will bend, I am not sure the angle becuase of the spectrum, this will not let the laser hit your eye dead center instead it will make a tiny cone shape in your eye, and instantly fry anything slightly dark like your retina, then again I don't want to test it. We are talking less than .5ms will explode a few blood vessels in your retina.
