Hey guys i got these waterpfoof hosts a few days ago and i couldn't decide which one one to put my fasttech module in. So what do you guys think? Sorry the photos aren't that good :eek: The date on my camera isn't set properly, i couldn't be bothered. :D

Buy another Fasttech module and do both:)
Actually I need to get my order from them so I can test the other modules as they no longer list the 50mw one but the ones labeled as 5mw are supposed to be way over-spec.
I prefer darker hosts.
Bothered me that Fasttechs single AAA 532nm pens only came in white so I took one apart and now it looks like

Didn't like the clip on it because it aims the laser at your face so I took it off and the hole is covered by one of Nicks decals. All my units are labeled with their exact peak mw rating as well.

In other words, you can always change the color of your hosts....
Have 2 more of them coming and will likely paint one black.

Were you able to test your module output? Don't think I've seen one less than 50mw...

Haha, didn't even see the title, lol :p.

I'll be honest it did get me curious enough to look, but I was a little let down it was just, asking, silver or black. Anyways black has a higher emissivity, silver has less. That's all.
