How to replace a lense

Hey guys, so i know im going to get bollocked for this but ive loomed so hard on the forum and the internet on 'how to replace a laser lense' and if comes up with all sorts. Id like to know how to swap a 3 elemeng lens for a g-2
Really appreciate a link or even some one tell me how to do it. It is on a 501b host like blord's

you must not have the unit and lenses in hand or the answer would be obvious, which is probably why there is not info on it here. It's as simple as unscrewing one and screwing in the other, maybe putting on a focus ring or adapter first. distance from the diode is different, g lenses must be screwed in farther than 3 element lenses. A custom focus adapter might need a spacer ring to be used with both types, but the standard focus rings blord sells his 501bs with will work on both.

I feel like that was a long response for one of the most seemingly obvious questions I have ever seen.
