How To Obtain an 8x8 Grid Diffraction Lens

First off, I'm super new to lasers in general, so thank you to anybody who takes the time to read through this short post.

I'm looking to buy/design/order/make/get my hands on a diffraction lens for a green laser that would emit an 8x8 grid with no repetitions. I want to be able to project a laser grid onto a table top to be used for chess/checkers.

I've spent several hours reading through related posts, and searching through various sites that sell different diffraction lenses, and the only instance of an 8x8 grid I can find is on a telescope laser collimator that is paired with the laser itself, and a price tag I'd like to avoid if possible.

Are there any sources for me to obtain the lense, or something similar, present on this device by itself? Most diffraction lenses I've seen are under $30, so I'm hoping to find something in that ballpark, but I realize that creating a "new" diffraction lense is extremely involved/expensive. From my understanding, that means if I can't find somewhere it's already manufactured, it's effectively impossible to create one to my specifications (anywhere near my price range, at least.)

Thanks for reading and any help you can send my way!

Aaaaaaaaaand I just realized I counted that grid wrong - it's actually 9x9 in the picture shown. Link still relevant to illustrate idea though!
