Make sure to review it. By the way anyone notice how fast the shipping was :eek:. Whats the secret to Lazerer's shipping, its way faster than all the other Chinese companies. I hope mine ships that fast.

The secret is they ship as soon as they get an order. Not like the other companies that take weeks.

Ya you are probably right,I hope Lazerer will influence all the other companies in a good way. To keep up in business they will start having to ship faster, provide cheap prices and up to spec lasers.

LMAO! I know.

I think o-like/Susie is/are pissed at me because I asked them so many times if the laser is shipped or not.

Originally ordered on November 1st.

First email to find out status (just to see if it was shipped) was November 9th.

Response was that it would ship on monday.

So I waited until the 18th, to ask again.... got the same response again... it will ship monday.

Finally gave in and emailed them on friday, december 2nd...

The response was kind of pissy... along the lines of, we told you there was a problem.

Which was not an issue. Being told that it would be shipped twice, and missing both dates... that's problematic to me.

I'll post more in my detailed review... ordered the 635nm lasers from both o-like and lazerer for a side by side:D

Cant wait to see that comparasion. :beer: Ya Max isnt like that, when you ask him a question.... he answers it truthfully and fully. Sounds easy to do right? Maybe someday the other companies will learn. :na:

ehhh I have placed orders with them on a sunday night and not had them shipped for 4-5 days.

While it wouldn't have been pleasing to me, if I was told right off the bat that the laser would not ship for three weeks, I wouldn't have cared that much.

All they had to do is tell me, "We're waiting for the laser to come in, it might not be ready for 2-4 weeks, would you like a refund?"

If they did that, chances are I would have told them no, and not bothered to check on it again until four weeks passed.

EXACTLY!!! I don't mind a long ship time as long as a place is honest and tells me it will be a long ship time. I also despise the companies that give you the option of free shipping or "express" shipping for extra $ and they obviously don't send it "express". That seems to be a pretty common scam

The shipping was confusing though because I ordered a laser module 10 days before the laser and did not have an account or register the package when i ordered it. The laser however i made an account and registered it but somehow they both arrived at the exact same time and registered. did max tell the future or something ? lol

Chances are they didn't ship the first order until after your second order and when they realized you had 2 orders they probably processed the 2nd one as fast as possible so they could send them out at the same time. Just a guess.

yep thats what they did for me. I ordered goggles like a day or two later and it shipped the same time as the laser.
