Is possible to charge the 18650 Li-Ion, with a standard charger for 1.5V NiMh?

What are the risk?

thanks.

I would say no because the charging rate is different. Dangers .... *Kaboom*

I wouldn't risk it. Lithium ion batteries are some of the most dangerous batteries around. It's worth $10 for a proper charger. They also have the proper cutoff. Even with a proper charger you should still take caution.

Don't charge Li-ions (or li-po's either) on anything but their proper respective chargers... Unless your fond of fire and explosions..

The risk just isn't worth it. As said. Spend $10 on a correct charger.

I've charged Li-ion's before with a bench PSU when I was trying to revive dead cells before, but it isn't a practice I recommend. I also was using a CC-CV lab grade psu and had the battery in question in a fireproof box and was ALWAYS present when charging was going on.

And a good CC-CV PSU is going to cost a LOT more than a correct charger.

Just get a ultrafire wf-139 (or one of it's clones) and be done with it.
