Moh made the heatsink and it dosent get hot after a minute

I'd actually worry if it doesn't get hot. The diodes DO produce heat. If the host doesn't get warm, then that heat is staying inside it.. Which isn't a good thing. Even my copper heatsinks got warm relatively quickly with a 445 doing more than 1W. The heatsink getting warm is what shows it's working unless you've got so much radiating surface area that more heat is dissipated than the diode puts out... which isn't going to happen in a compact host without active cooling.

I haven't run it more than a minute and a half but I did try to feel it after that and it was barely warm. The stock driver is in its own heat sink pill inside the flashlight. The specs say 1000ma but I cant tell you for sure unless I take it apart again. The high mode is constant, the low is pulse width modulated, and the strobe mode is just delayed on/off about 15 times a second. Moh built the heatsink to pretty much add on to the existiing surface area of the driver/led pill heat sink. It's a pretty sweat little build and you don't even have to buy a driver. I wish someone else would build one and LPM it.
Also I'm using an a130 diode so I may have degraded my diode with the 1a output. All I know is it is cool to have a pocket 3 mode, unlike the arctic billy club.
It's also cool because with a AA battery it's almost a cat toy.
