High Power Pulsed Laser driver

Hi all.

I am new to this forum. I need your help for my Master's project. I've to design a laser driver for a high power pulsed laser diode module having specs as follows

Peak forward current - 30A
peak power- 100W
pulse length - 100 ns
peak repetition frequency- 100 kHz
I am afraid whether with a MOSFET and a gate driver circuit i can finish my project or not.

Hi sir,
I have to design a laser diode driver to get a pulsed laser output from the laser diode of peak power 100W with a peak forward current of 30A and pulse width of 100ns. I've 905D3S3J09S laser diode with me provided by Laser Components.
