OVERVIEW

I recently have been seeing many members, some of which just joined the forums, others which have been here for awhile asking about which is the best place to buy quality lasers(including the output & wavelength) they are looking for. I have not seen a thread(please tell me if there is & I will ask a mod to delete this thread) which covers all of this so I decided making a thread which provides easy-to-read and simple directions which would make new members have to ask less questions :)
This thread will focus on the following WL's: 405nm, 445nm/447nm, 473nm, 532nm, 589nm, 593.5nm, 635nm & 650nm. Please tell me if you would like me to add more!

Ahah... I see Laserglow is the first on the list for every wavelength...:whistle:
Also, add 520nm and make a note that says the places to buy are in no particular order/ranking

Looks useful to an extent although it might just be easier to put write down the companies that we have established to be reputable and put to the side what wavelengths are offered rather than repeating links over and over again. Also, the links sometimes don't show company name. You should edit the link text to show the company name first.

I say the first thing because most all of the companies we buy from have a wide variety of offerings to choose from. Many have all or most of the wavelengths. So just let people browse them.

^Thank you guys :)

@Photonz I'll add the 520nm wavelength today. And the places to buy are in "power output" bottom one is the lowest while the highest one is the one with the most output. I tried my best to arrange it like that :)

@Tmack Thank you appreciate it!

@BobDiaz :D

@IsaacT I'll think about it but I think you are right, would make this list much shorter. But I was thinking people could just go to the wavelength they want, and then see which output power they are looking for and browse which company is cheaper.

The only issue I see is that DTR and SL aren't on here. While individually they don't sell a complete laser, they're the easiest and most reliable method of making your own easily, and when it comes down to it the price and performance can't be beat for common wavelengths.

very well done. I like all the different power levels and having a direct link simplifies the time to look it up. your time is appreciated.

Sig that reminds me I need to update my "Support LPF Seller" thread list. Some of those no longer sell. Thanks.

One thing I would recommend to you is making the font slightly larger. It is a bit hard to read. Alternatively changing the font might work. The text just all blurs together at that font/font size arrangement.

Alright,

@Photonz I added the 515nm/520nm wavelength. Be aware, I was thinking of "adding" DTR's shop but I wanted to create a list of pre-built lasers so all these links are of lasers which are PRE-BUILT no parts. :)

@IsaacT What exactly do you mean but the font size? I find it easy to navigate but if you see a flaw please let me know and I will fix it ASAP! :)

If you feel anything else should be changed please let me know.

Updated 2/10/2015

Fixes:
-Added 2 new wavelength's(647nm & 450nm)
-Fixed all non-working JetLasers links
-Removed links which led to discontinued products

IMHO 635/637/638 should all be grouped together, as should 445/447/450nm. WL variation is large enough that, say, a diode with typical WL of 445nm could turn out to be 455nm instead. Not to mention different sellers advertise different WLs for the same diodes.
