I wouldn't call it a hit and run yet. If I can use a 4.2V battery with this, then it's fine (even though he lied and told me this is a CNI Laser, which Ava from CNI clearly told me this is not theirs.). He refunded me $23 for the so far lack of power. Skylasers isn't answering my email.

As long as its out there that he lied about output power and manufacturer. He clearly tried to get away with something and hoped that you would not know enough to call him on it. A refund after the fact means nothing, he wouldn't have given that to someone who didn't do the research to learn they had been scammed.

I'm glad he "left." He should be banned if you ask me.

Those labels are identical to my two old SkyLasers. I don't know if they exist anymore. Dr Lava and I tried to help them several years ago.

Eh, I don't think I can agree with that. I honestly don't believe his intents were malicious, or else he wouldn't have issued the partial refund I requested. Instead, I think he was just ignorant to the product at hand.

Well since SkyLasers hasn't responded yet, I suppose I shall ask you. Do you think it would be safe to run a 3.7V (Fully charged @ 4.2V) battery in this device? I put one in for a few seconds and the power did go up a lot. I'm just paranoid I might be over doing it though.
