Help With fixing a b&wTek 473

I was given a b and w tek 473 lab laser and need some help setting it up is there any one on lpf that can skype and help me set up this wonderful present

I looked at this closer and i think i have some fixing to do which is fine because i like a challenge but i need some guidance on how to do it
