Help doing calculations

Good morning laser peeps.

I am new to lasers and am doing some outdoor stuff for a local festival. I have been asked by Transport Canada to fill out some forms.


The form is fairly straight forward until you get into the laser details. I don't have access to SKyzan and I was wondering if anyone could help me out?
I have 3 different colors that I will be working with.

Here are the details:
RED: 660nm
CW
Semiconductor
300mw
beam diameter 1.5 mm
beam divergence 1.5 mm

Green: 532nm
CW
Semiconductor
100mw
beam diameter 1.5mm
beam divergence 1.5mm

Blue: 405nm
CW
Semiconductor
100mw
beam diameter 1.5mm
beam divergence 1.2mm

What I need for each one:
MPE w/cm-2
PCP
VCF
VCP
NOHD
SZED
CZED
LFED

What version of skyzan you use to calculate.

I am going to also go through the forum and do a little more reading.

You might get a better answer if you ask over on photonlexicon.com - full of professional laser show guys that fill out this sort of information regularly.

Just go to any decent mom and pop electronic store and they can help you out with this. Or call them and email them the info. Good luck!

0.3W 660nm : 80.75m
0.1W 532nm : 46.20m
0.1W 405nm : 46.40m

:wtf:Are you sure that you are on the right Thread
I don't think a Mom and Pop Shop has the knowledge
of Laser Projector Operators to be able to answer the
OP's question.:thinking:

I was wondering this myself, but I just chose to ignore it.

Wasn't sure if it was a spammer...
Normally I just Neg Rep an obvious Spammer
so that other members know it is one.

I never knew him as VG... that was after my leaving LPF.

But yeah that's pathetic...
He (VG/CJ) seems to have no semblance of a real life...
and is obsessed with this Forum even though not one
member wants him here... One must be a total looser
to be so obsessed with a virtual world were he isn't
even wanted. So sad... :cryyy:

Ah, get VG mad using one of his socks and all of the sudden he starts posting question after question as a newbie, creating more accounts. He gets his jollies getting members to answer him. I also think he is brute force cracking passwords of old inactive accounts because this forum has extremely lax password requirements, don't even require an email verification.

Thing is, we can't really know which are real or not, only suspect. That I am sure makes him happiest of all. I would like to see the forum tighten up, but the powers that be appear to prefer to give everyone a benefit of a doubt and let this continue. For all I know, it generates more money somehow. In that case, OK, it helps support the operating costs. I know there are engines stripping out data here, sometimes I post on something and then start getting offers in my email for the same thing.
