HELP Buying Green Laser

Hi everybody, im new

Im looking to buy a green laser. I have a budget of $20 and maybe $30. Ive seen some for $600 but ive seen guys buying 200mw for $15 as well.

Im no pro whatsoever, just looking for a decent green laser. 35mw seems to be plenty. The beam has to be very easily seen at night and if it could be seen during the day that would be cool but definetly not expected. A rechargable battery would be nice. Im not looking for the best, just something that has a very visible beam and decent range.

The reason I want one is because I go to some public party's where they have bands and professional lasers often. Tons of people have personal green lasers in the crowd, I want to get in on the action. I cant ask them because its pitch black out and 100's of people are in the crowd.

Please leave a trust worthy site for me or a link to a specific item would be super helpful. Ebay or Amazon would be the best option.

The green pens on ebay would be more than sufficient. You don't want a 200mW laser for what you're saying as it's only a matter of time before someone gets hit in the eye with a blast or green or infared light. Waving them around in a crowd seems like a bad idea.

The 200mW laser pointers for 20 dollars put out about 50mW of 532nm green. The rest is IR which you can read up on the dangers. You're not going to find an IR filtered green laser for less than 20 dollars. You can easily find a cheap <200mW 50mW green DPSS for 10 dollars or so. They're unstable, a little dangerous and prone to breaking but they are probably what everyone else is using.

I currently have a 30mw 532 nm for sale though its about 30 dollars out side of your price range I may be able to come down a little to 40 but that is as low as i can go plus you would have to pay for shipping

Thanks a whole lot, The lasers on ebay are 5mw, and on youtube they look like complete garbage compared to 15 or 35mw. What im dealing with is sellers lying about specs. I guess that something we all deal with.

Those laser are complete garbage. Its exactly how I ended up on this website. Beware of chinese website. I just checked ebay and the green lasers are a few bucks cheaper now than they were a month or so ago
You can find these for about ten bucks on ebay.
They are no where near the 1000mw. More like <10mn

I have had good luck with these. Keep fresh batteries in them and they are nice and bright. It appears to be almost as bright as my 2w 445nm laser.

These are cool also. You can remove the cap and have a beam or keep the cap on and have your own laser show.

Hell, get this one. I might do it also. They tend to ship fairly fast from china, about two weeks to the usa. You can also hack the purple one and make it a burning laser by focusing the lens
