Known about this for some time now but never considered it. Is this 35mW green module from DX a good deal for £60? Also, I think it does, but does it have TTL modulation?

Hate the way DX dont put descriptions up.

my view would be it tells you totally nothng about the laser so steer away.

buy a laser from a proper laser company, who know what they are talking about

Actually that's about £33 with the current exchange rate. It's obviously got three sets of contacts. One for the laser, one (red and black leads) for input power, and one other not connected. What else could it be if not TTL?

why would it?
all that driver is is a current regulator. it's not CNI or any reputable company's so why would it?

its like tesco selling laser, they may be cheap but they know nothing about them at all.

well even if it doesn't, it would be dead easy to add it in. But if its designed for a laser show ETC, it will most likely have TTL.

You all seam to be recommending against this then?

I already have a red laser and need a green laser to add to my scanner.

I'm pretty sure it DOES have TTL, but knowing DX, its a gamble really.

you pay for what you get. spend a little more and get a decent green module.

if you do everything on the cheap, things are gona go wrong and your gona have t start replaceing things. get good quality things to start with and you wont need to replace them.

Thing is I only need a 40 - 55mw green module and don't really want to pay more than £100 although I will go up to £150 if I have to.
