GITD laser fun

if i painted a wall of my room with glow in the dark paint and turned off the lights could i take my 30mw green laser and draw on it?
To me it makes sense because the laser would instantly charge the spot it is shinning on and then that spot would glow for a few seconds, thus creating a gaint drawing surface

i found somebody doing this with a blue-ray laser but im wondering if it would work with a 30mw green laser

No it doesn't work that way. As a matter of fact if you shine a red 650nm laser onto something that is glowing you will paint a "dark spot" kind of like it's stealing the glow in the dark

A green laser can write in GITD stuff, but it isn't that visible, Blu-ray is waht you want for GITD stuff.
