Hey guys i recently got a 100mw green laser. My batteries are low and it doesn't seem to burn good with batteries other than the one it came with. I'm currently waiting for the charger. So any ideas to focus the laser better, to make it better at burning? Preferably with household items. I heard a magnifying glass works, but i cant seem to find on.

Thanks

Edit: how well do you think this would work: http://cgi.ebay.com/30x-21mm-Jewele...117?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53dd2f67fd

Test and error...

Also try to paint a match tip black and to draw a black dot on a balloon for better burning.

Besides, 100mw of green is not enough power for burning, usually. So consider upgrading your laser.

OK. I dont think its 100mw. Maybe 50-60. It came with a cr2 3.7v battery, but my charger isn't here yet so im using a 3volt battery. Im pretty sure output is at least close to 50mw. The beam is very thin. But it wont even burn thin black plastic. With the 3.7volt battery i got it to start smoking leather, but the battery wasn't charged so it died. Any way to make it better. I ordered a magnifying glass.

532nm (green) is not a good color for burning. So you'll have to compensate with power.
