Already have and added it to a ticket for that order that was asking why I receiver 2 orders before this one I ordered before all the other.

I suspect the delays are caused by the fasttech supplier rather than FT itself. When an order comes in, and cannot be stocked... for a while at least they sit on it.

Nope Ive never seen or had that appear on my order page? Do you have to look somewhere in particular?:beer:

Edit: Have never ordered over $20 at a time, so maybe its for more expensive orders?:thinking:

Hmm, i had an order totaling $2.31 and they gave me a picture of the package :(

I have 3 orders on the way from them.. had never ordered there before.
All 3 have pictures, though.

I ordered a 200 mw 650 nm in an SD-301 host from FastTech in July. It arrived 3 weeks later DOA. After spending over a week in email back and forth to customer support, they finally sent me an RMA and refunded my return postage. Three weeks later, I got my replacement, but it was also DOA. This time customer service was even worse: "Did you put a battery in?", "Did you turn the key in the endcap?" They sent me another RMA and refunded my return postage. I learned that they sell so much product it is impossible for them to check every order for functionality.

Currently I am awaiting laser #3 and if it is also DOA I'll conclude that no 200 mw red lasers in the SD-301 host from FastTech actually work and I'll ask for a full refund. I guess I shouldn't expect much for $26. Hope this feedback is helpful to someone.
