Eye protection question

I plan on either buying the krypton, arctic, or e3 laser from wicked lasers soon, and I need to clarify something about eye protection. The only time I will ever be using these lasers would be outside. If I was only shining the light straight up in the sky, would I need eye protection? Also, for a present, what is the lowest power green laser I would need to get to see the laser in the sky (not the dot, the laser)?

First, stay away from wicked, they are a crap company. Have a look at this (RIFLE532nm - 200mW Focusable Burning Green Laser) if you like the krypton (they have a blue one too).
If you just want a visible beam and dont care about burning power, 10 - 20mW is more than adequate. If you're hell-bent on the krypton/arctic, I believe they give you free glasses with it anyway, may as well use them; if you drop it, it's better to lose a $200 laser than a $200 laser AND an eye.
