Had my annual appointment with my eye Dr yesterday.
Anyway, after taking all the tests, having my eyes photographed with all manner of high tech equipment, she's ready to send me on my way. I say, "I haven't burned any holes in my retinas playing with those lasers have I?"
She looks at me and says "totally" I go "What!" She then says, I'm just teasing you" Get out of here, you're fine.
Thanks Eagle Pair and all the good advice I've received here.

That's great, as we have the ability to easily break what we can't yet fix, caution is still the word of the day and the right way. :gj:

Careful though, glasses greatly reduce the risk of glare exposure and (God forbid) minimize the effect of a coherent beam into the pupil but PPE is the last line of defense. Got to use common sense as well!

The other night while wearing my eagle OD 5+s I noticed the reflection was coming in from the ceiling above through the top of my glasses where there was a gap. White tend to reflect more ugh. And pointing it up at the ceiling was not smart. Good reminder to myself laser safety goes beyond just glasses but the immediate area(windows, mirrors, pets, cars, DMM leads

Glad you got a clean bill of health! Good update.
