Dr. Lava received $60 from me over a month ago. No communication from him. Requested refund twice from google wallet and never got it. Really ridiculous, site needs to be shut down.
 





Rather disappointed in google wallet, to be honest. You should cut a site off as soon as 90% of the customers are requesting full refund. Pretty sloppy. Reported him to the BBB just for the heck of it.
 
You could try to contact him on Photonlexicon...
He usually hangs around there or in their Chat
room.
You can forget contacting him here... He really
doesn't want to deal with customers on LPF..

Honestly, I'm not particularly interested in speaking to him. I was purchasing on behalf of a rather large academic research lab - with a potential to purchase a significant amount more than an individual user. If he doesn't have the decency or business sense to deliver a product paid for in full then I don't have any interest in supporting him. Honestly, what he's doing is beyond poor business practice and is actually just theft. That being said, there are plenty of other options such as the Ben Boost driver and I'll just build my own worst case scenario. Regardless, poor form. Thanks for the responses/suggestions, sorry for venting.
 
My brother has been owed 47.00 by that dr.lava . Seems that a lot of people are stemmed at him. Anyway hope he makes things rite with you. My bro has contacted the b.b.b. About him.

Pretty sure even FlamingPyro is still out of Lava products at the moment.

like he's been moving for months now. Must be
doing it on foot one piece at a time.

The last time I moved my House belongings and
my whole shop it took 4 days... and we didn't
hire any help.. Just a U-Haul truck.

It is easy............. Let your paid customers know what's
going on. Most of them will understand...

You don't let them hang like they mean nothing to you...

Yeah...even if you were moving, no one is stopping you from putting your site down for a little bit. Anyway, it's not like his service is slow - it's nonexistent, he just literally steals. Oh well
 
I'm just confused why he would do this. I mean... I'm sure he knows what he's doing and how to run a decent business. I don't get it.
 
I agree that is a crappy way to run a business, either run it yourself, let someone else do it for you or get "F" out of it. I want some flex drives but that's not looking to good.
