All you need is a host, a heatsink and a battery. You can get these plus the module for around $50 all. Just an estimate.

I have a 1x 18650 battery w/ charger and this host, so a custom heatsink is required now, right?

Host:

Yeah.. You may want to measure the length of the host to make sure there will be room for the Battery + the length of the laser module... If that's the case.. PM someone like Eudamonium or Jayrob, They'll request that you send them the host in the mail and they'll make you up a heatsink for it.

You might need a custom heatsink bucause of the driver board. Do you already have a heatsink?

Most 532nm modules run on 3V and Li-ions deliver a nominal voltage of 3.7V and 4.2V when fully charged. This might fry the module. I suggest you add a silicon diode in series with the circuit to drop the cell voltage by 0.7V.
