Dissatisfied with Wicked's Customer Service...

I ordered a couple of dragon cases off of Wicked's site about a week ago.  Almost immediately after the order went through, I noticed that the default case type was pre-selected for me, i.e. the 174 cm Evolution case that is, whereas I wanted Executive series sized cases (i.e. 159 cm).

So, I followed Wicked's procedure of filing a change of order request, and a few hours later I received a response from a rep that the change request was made and I should be receiving my 159 cm executives instead of the 174 cm evolution cases.

Well, I received my cases yesterday and they were both 174 cm evolutions, not executives.

I once again proceeded to both call and email customer service about this, and the response I received back was contradictory.

The phone CS rep told me they would ship me out replacement units free of charge.

The web-based rep however wrote:

"Your Dragon Cases were sent from our US warehouse. Our US warehouse only have one type of Dragon Case and that is the Executive series Dragon Case.

In other words, he is implying that I am incorrect and that they did not make any mistakes, and that they won't be shipping out those aforementioned free of charge replacements after all.

Well, if that's the case, then could someone please explain to me why I have 2 of these:

By the way, their forums over at laser community . com
won't for whatever reason allow me to post a new topic, although I have 27 posts there already to my name.

I've seen other posters with only 3 posts put up new topics.
I wonder if their subject headers have built in filters to prevent people from posting anything negative about Wicked....  :-?

sounds like they at least made it right you want to sell the other two just post it on buy and sell you should have no problem :D

Well, only one of them would be available for re-sale at this point....as I tried to do a "ghetto" mod on the other one to make it conform to the size of my laser. Sufficed to say, it didn't go over very well, so I only now have 1 workable 174 cm Dragon Case.... :-/

And if by "made it right" you mean they basically said I am wrong and they are right and they wont rectify it, then....yeah I suppose...
