Hi everyone,

I want to ask you about our problems about customs.
As price of the product is important at customs, WL , DL marks it with a lower value and as gift pen.
I had no problems when it is done like that.
What does people purchasing from Laserglow or Novalasers do?
I am not sure about Novalasers but Laserglow marks it with its original price.
I have my qauarius stuck at the customs because of that and I have to pay as much as an Aquarius to get it ($400)

How is customs progress in your country?

Thanks

Customs is awesome here, we can import up to $1000 AUD ($930 USD) of stuff without having to pay any tax :D

I think thats the best system out there

Laserglow doesn't worry about customs because all of their products are fully FDA compliant.

Being FDA compliant is not the only problem.
The real problem is the value of the goods. If it is over $100 then you have to pay tax.
I have to mention that it is not only tax you pay, you also have to pay for an agent to get your goods from customs, warehouse fee as long as your goods stay there and some for paperwork.
BTW I live in Turkey!

I hope I'm not gonna have the same problem with DX :-/ Btw, isn't Nova kinda owned by Laserglow?
Anyway, WarezWally, I heard that your customs stop a very long list of items, including bugzappers :p

Yup, a lot of import restrictions  :p
Anyway, if I were to spend $400 on a laser and had to pay another $400 just to get it I would off myself :p

Believe me I never felt that bad! :(
I can't pay that much to get it! :-?

My x125 has a high mRad value and I need to send it back. Do I have to pay another $100, and then $100 when I get it? I really don't know.

Murrat, I'm really sorry to hear that man, it sucks! :'(.

I'll let you all know about it next week.
I am sure I will learn to much about customs applications.

i think all you have to do is mark it as a defective product with a value of like $1, that way you don't have to pay taxes

I don't have to worry about customs for Laserglow, cause I live in the same country they operate in :D
