I have a few of those 833 modules. There's about 3' of fiber wrapped up in htere and I have pushed one to about 900 mA and got about a half watt out. These are TEC cooled.

I have some of those diode bars in 20, 40, 60, 100w. It seems that they are easier to find than the fac lens that you need for them, which is usually not included with the diode. They make nice burners, my 60w goes through 4" ABS drainpipe in nothing flat. It also drilled right through a corian countertop. Gotta love diode bars ...
