Simple Answer..... NO.
They are about 3mW each.
You could take a large Rubber Band and put
100 of them in a bunch and you would get a
total of ~300mW but with a very large multiple
beam output.

No, it's not possible. Unless you strap 100 of them together like Jerry suggested.
It's like asking "I drive a Fiat 500 that makes 101HP, any way to pump it up to 1000HP so that I can beat a Bugatti Veyron?".
