I'm pretty sure you can sell Laser Electronics to the USA...
I sell the LaserBee I to the USA with no problems...
but you can't sell >5mW Lasers that don't meet the laser safety standards
to the USA...
Correct me if I'm wrong... I live in Canada...:whistle:

he starts it every time, his sarcasm is subtle...mine is BOLD AND IN YOUR FACE. They are just different techniques from different middle management courses, both allowed, both pompous.

In reference to your diode question, I do not have the answer...RIGHT NOW i could get it. I would not offer any information unless it is 100% verifiable, Frothy is GONE and STEVE will not contribute anymore to this forum...he has high BP and NO patience for ignorance or popularity contest...he is strictly a facts by the book kind of guy. Very much like me but with attitude.

I think you're referring to Exception 1 of this page:

but I heard on PL that even then, this is not legal. Also, I am not sure which type of sale section (3) refers to - OEM parts or replacement parts as defined in (2).

Edit: I wasn't worried who started it, only that this thread stays on-topic to the legal issue at heart here. How would you go about finding this? All I have to hand is the FDA link I posted, and that isn't clear to me. I was wondering if anyone with more experience could interpret this page.

The way I read it it is for Light Emitting Laser products...
I'm really not sure maybe Pat or someone more knowledgeable can put some light on it...
I just know that the LaserBee I can be sold to the USA, the UK, Europe, South America, and Asia..

I possibly wrongly understood your forum name m60gunner29 as you were older and mature and that was your handle while you were in the military entrusted with weaponry of war. But due to your flawed logic I guess it is possible that your forum name is your Gears of War name on XBOX 360.

I agree with the assesment that you are socially inept. All I can see is that you like to fight. You like to use personal attacks. You like to spread angst. I think you did have a part to play in Frothy leaving although this isnt about him. I dont see any need to defend someone else who is completely capable should the need arise.

I dont find any redeeming qualities or value to your posts.

You clearly find nothing at all wrong with your personal attacks here on others.

I think you are a negative influence on the board and I think you should be banned.

C'mon. There really isn't any excuse for arguing on these forums. I know some bad advice was given to Matt. But its important to criticize those ideas in a responsible manner rather than resorting to anger and personal attacks. Its also important to recognize there will always be different opinions and that forums are not opportunities for a poster to attack others.

If this forum had moderators they would of either locked this thread or warned everyone to stop the flame wars.
