Oh my god! How?! Have you contacted Paypal and asked for ran explanation? At the very least I would want to know what their damn reasoning was!

I've done just that. I tried the appeal process, but it's a total runaround, designed not to actually be usable, so I sent an email, demanding an explanation.
I too would like to know what the hell their reason could possibly be.

Probably has something to do with it being a laser. They probably just don't want to have anything to do with it

I hate to say it but I knew they would rule against you. Their rules for deciding these things are black and white. If it is over $250 there must be signature confirmation. If it was $249 they would have ruled in your favor. Anyway sorry to hear about your loss.

Thank you Jordan. I learned that right away. It won't happen like that again.

Oh, and BTW...he made a new account, after getting banned to come here and rub my nose in it.

This is ridiculous. I knew that PayPal could be sketchy at times, but I didn't think that they'd screw the innocent party over this much. My condolences.

I didn't know that. I need to remember that for any future sales.

Most of my high dollar sales are to clif and rick trent, and we know enough good enough they normally just send me payment as a gift.
One up side of not selling lasers any more is that when one of those douche bags open a dispute, It's normally not for very much money. I still make sure to wait until they very last second for each process to make them wait the longest amount of time before getting their refund though (for the ones I know are scamming)

My deepest condolences SB, the scumbag should get hit by a bus.
I'm ashamed to live in the same state as him.

You actually should go to his house and try and talk to him. Bring a friend along with you as well just in-case he is as tough in the real world as he is online.

Be careful on the off chance he IS a lawyer or knows one.

It's not an offense to go to someone's house and talk to them is it? I wouldn't be surprised if this guy is a lawyer though, he seems like he's everything :p.

He is a nut job and going to his house will Probably involve local Law Enforcement.
I don't think it would be a good idea.
