Im a little nervous about a shipping issue of my own. I have ordered packages from china before but have never seen the shipping status: " Inbound Into Customs" Does this mean they are reviewing my package or is it nothing to worry about?

Nothing to be afraid of. The act of buying a laser pointer is not illegal. Sure, the company is not allowed to import them, but your not the company.

This is completely incorrect. If you're importing illegal items into your country, then you are breaking the law and can be held accountable for importing prohibited items. Do your homework before offering advice.

Quite right. If you order something from another country and have it shipped into the US, you are the importer - not the company you bought it from. This is a good read that explains quite a bit:

Sounds like customs may have caught it. Or it was undeliverable for some reason. There is nothing you can do, but take the money and buy off here. No custom, fast shipping, superior quality.
