Can this charge the 32600 battery?!

Are those led and emitters ready to go?? Are the emitters like drivers? Or will I have to connect a driver to the emitter. I know very little about them obviously.

But that's awesome about the batteries. Ill defiantly order 6 of them at that price.

Yes the emitters are "good to go" but you need a driver. Just like diodes with lasers. By good to go I mean the bare LED has been mounted to the sinkpad and you just need to connect the + to + and - to - (driver leads to the sinkpad). Thermally bound the sinkpad to the flashlight and good to go for real

My hobby charger has a varying charge rate , usually I charge lipos (2200mah 3cell 11.1v) in a 1C rate , takes more than 30 min but safe ! (since lipo can explode) .
Still building a RadioShack battery holder will be riskey I guess for this . For the same money I can get a new/used laser if I wait ....than getting this one.

No problem, that laser is a good price but as said before, the battery used kills the sale and it shows by how long its been for sale

So, you gonna get it and use your hobby charger, then? This thread was kind of confusing... I believe the answer to your original question is, yes, you can charge lithium ion cells with a hobby charger. LiPo is just an abbreviation for Lithium Polymer, which is a type of lithium ion cell. Use the LiPo setting, a single cell is 1 cell in series, or 1S. Refer to the cell's datasheet for a safe charging current.

As LL said, though, its safety would then depend on how safely you can construct a holder for it that has 0 chance of misconnecting or shorting.

As for battery choice, most of my devices run off of 18650 cells. I've even got my eye on a 4x18650 enclosure for charging USB devices on the go, if that need arises.
