I'm confused, what's the "terrible situation"?

You don't know anything about lasers but you work for Cubote?
And you want to start your own career getting lasers from your friend?
If you want to have your own career you need a LPM for starters so you don't end up saying you sell 1W's for $60.

And yes you can look things up online about lasers to get a knowledge of how they work and are built. The forum here you can also learn quite a bit from. What specifically are you wanting to learn? How to build them? About the inner workings?

As a person without any knowledge of lasers, I find it difficult to be able to reach the field because I even have no idea what it is.

You mean you didn't do any market research before starting to sell lasers? Yikes.

My advice: Stop doing things that scream "dishonest" (or at least "full of BS") to the world.

1) Like putting a header on your site that reads "The most popular laser". You're not. Not even close. That's a blatant lie. Nobody heard of you until a few months ago.

2) Like putting "my laser collection" in your signature, but linking it to a commercial site. Arguable not inaccurate, but still clearly deceptive.

Then while we're at self improvement, why don't you stock some lasers that are unique, rather than pretending the generic lasers you sell are something different than what a hundred other sites stock? We've seen all those same crappy lasers elsewhere at an endless list of other stores.

EDIT: 3) Don't run header ads on your site that show fake iphones for $199, and then say "special price for one lucky winner". You realize that some of your customers have an IQ over 20 right? This kind of carnival style fake scammy promotion tactic doesn't fool anyone, and just makes you look slimy/greasy.

Take a hint from the growing number of negative red bars you're accumulating here. I don't generally suggest people pay attention to reputation, but your reputation is horrible, and growing worse. It might be worth questioning whether you're approaching this the WRONG WAY, instead of defending your tactics when criticized.

But, suit yourself.

Isn't there some negative reputation threshold that leads to a ban?

He'd probably make more money doing that, TBH. I can't see his sketchy tactics working on the reasonably knowledgeable crowd here.

4) Don't put fake "countdown" timers next to fake "on sale" prices.

Just looked it up,they do....hmmmmm.

Hey cubote,I'd stop posting here if I were you. You may think you're drawing people in but I can guarantee you're only losing sales.

Thank you dear mortuus, That is our distributor in doing.
:)

So you mean you do not even run a web site in addition to knowing nothing about lasers?

Stick with AliExpresss and DH Gate at least they are known businesses.
