Based on knowledge from the forum rayfoss is only ever a little under spec if under at all.

In regards to the 400mw bluray I ordered this laser a few days ago and am excited to get it. There are a bunch of good reviews on it and some people have been saying that after these went out of stock in the beginning of Feb, and the new batch became available they have been way over spec. And your right ~$100 is great for 400mw. Also this laser has a bunch of videos on youtube and the forum.

Yeah. I have that 400mW bluray from o-like. Check the review in my sig
It's waterproof and 400mW of bluray is definitely a really good deal for $100.
Laserlands sells it for $200: 405nm Violet/Blue 400mw Focusable Waterproof Laser Pointer
Rayfoss has a 250mW for $145: www.rayfoss.com
I do not recommend the waterproof laser that rayfoss has. I have both red and bluray, and the front lens comes out of focus too easily and the waterproofness is not as good as the o-like one.
You could always get the red 200mW version of this waterproof laser for around $55: New Style waterproof red laser 200mW /adjustable [OLNWRL200] - $55.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products
and (of course) safety glasses.
But, the reason most people like a green laser is because when you have >100mW of 532nm, the beam is amazing, but really to bright/dangerous to use indoors without safety glasses. :tsk:
