BudgetGadgets vs. Rayfoss lasers

I am fairly new with lasers. I have never bought a laser over 5mW, but I have been around 1W blue lasers. So I plan on buying a 200mW red laser. I see that the lasers on BudgetGadgets.com are insanely cheap, and lasers on other sites, like Rayfoss.com, are much more expensive, even though they are shown to be the same thing. Is there a difference between BudgetGadgets lasers, and Rayfoss lasers? The BudgetGadgets lasers seem too good to be true.
