These shots were taken at about 2:30-2:50 AM this morning from Lawton, OK. It was in it's totality at this time. It did not appear quite this red when I was viewing it without a camera and there was no photoshopping done to make the color this red, it's just how the camera took the picture. I was going to try to adjust the color some to get it to what I thought it was but haven't had a chance to do this yet.

I also wanted to mention briefly that I had the chance to speak with Mark Blitz, last Friday by a phone conference . He is the guy who first started looking into the history of the last tetrads falling on the Jewish holidays. I guess you could say he is the one who is responsible for the media attention this is getting now and is the primary source used by some of the authors who have recently written books on this topic. He's a very humble guy who doesn't try to make any particular prophecy regarding this current tetrad's meaning. He just pointed everyone to the fact that the last three represented or coincided with major events that occurred in the history of the Israelites. Although I don't make any representations about what these things mean, I do have a great interest in them. I've been involved with another very intriguing body of research on the Star of Bethlehem and am very close friends with the guy who discovered exactly what the celestial event was that occurred 2000 years ago that set the Wise men in their journey. His research can be found here: The Star of Bethlehem: the facts about the star of Christ This guy, Frederick Larson, is the one who out the conference call together last Friday where I got to speak with Mark Blitz. It was very interesting to hear how he stumbled onto all these things. I believe he is to appear on the Today show tomorrow sometime and will be explaining more about these Tetrads on the show.

It's all pretty interesting stuff regardless what your beliefs might be. Although coincidence never implies causality it certainly raises an eyebrow or two. Seems the whole world's attention may be focused once again on that tiny little strip of land in the Middle East in anticipation of another big event. Hopefully it will be a peaceful one this time.

Just trying to figure out how to put images on here using photobucket. I think I've finally got it down. I went back and deleted a few posts, hope that's a little better for ya.

Nice pics! My favourite is the last one:p Anyone know what star is that near the moon?
If you can tell me exactly the date, hour, and ~minute I can find out, with an astronomy program called Stellarium.
EDIT1: And city.
EDIT2: Not too important but I'm very curious.

Yes, Lawton, OK on 4/15/14 between the hours of 2 am and 3:30 am.

Since you've got that program, if you're interested in this tetrad stuff and how it relates to Jewish history then you should also check out the work my friend Frederick Larson did on the Star of Bethlehem. I've always been curious if other programs find the same things he found. He used the fancy version of Starry Night I believe. You can learn more at his website at The Star of Bethlehem: the facts about the star of Christ
Does your program have the ability to place the viewer on the Moon? If it does would you PM me? I'd like you to look a date and time up and see what it shows from the moon. What I've seen from Rick's work was pretty cool and I'd love a screenshot of it if you could recreate it.

Enjoy!
