Hello all! Laser noob here! I recently got my 1600mW 445nm blue laser from laserbtb and WOW... This thing is amazing. I will post a small review with some pics sometime next week (after finals...) if I remember. Anyway, my question is, what is the bet tripod out there for a good price? I am not too familiar with tripods so I want to make sure I buy one that will work with my laser. That laser looks like it has a mounting hole which you can screw the laser onto a tripod. Are most tripods universal? If not which one will for for this laser? I really like those flexible ones with the balls for legs so that it can be in 100's of different positions. Would it be possible to get one like that? I regret not buying the one from laserbtb, but now it's too late and I don't want to pay $20+ for shipping. So what is the best option for the best price?

I'm sure there are better options out there than this, but I bought one and love it, it's an excellent price for the value, I even use it for a makeshift LED flash when I mount my flashlight on it and put it on flood. If you can't tell already I'm pretty fascinated by Sanwu, I've already bought 8 items from them

Hey BEARS, there have been many threads related to good tripods, here are a couple to get you started. Look through them, they have many great ideas regarding quality tripods and clamps.

What Tripods do you use?
VERY cool Tripod setup.

These are a couple of my favorite threads on the subject. Also, IMO, the "Super Clamp" is a great all around clamp to pair with your tripod.

For more good information, go to the white search bar at the bottom of this page, and type in Best tripods.

Hi,
Here are a few suggestions for tripods ,these are cool very stable with light to heavy builds and the legs are flexible to bend in positions. at the clamps are from a Ebay vendor that fit the 1/4-20 thread on the tripod..
