I have the dx true 50 mw i am fhinkin in buy batteries but wich?
Is best 1.5 v lithium or alkaline??
I haved fhink in recheargable.

Measure its current draw. If it's high current, like above 400mA+, Duracell Ultra will most likely be a winner. You could try Energizer Lithium Ultimates, but in some lasers these will actually cause reduced output.

If it's low current draw (like it should be) then it shouldn't matter too much what brand of battery you use. Primaries will give you more output than rechargeables (1.5-1.6v compared to 1.2-1.3v).

No rechargeable AAA batteries are 1.2V, and always will be. You should listen to Mik, he is the battery master!

Some brands (alcava, bigram, and so on) produces alkaline rechargeables batteries ..... but not all the brands do that ..... you need to find which one do this in your country (is not cheap to buy alkaline batteries from the other part of the world )

So-called "energizer lithium" alkaline batteries are still non-rechargeable alkaline 1,5V batteries ..... where instead "real" Organic Lithium, Lithium-Ion or Lithium-Polymer batteries are 3V (primary) or 3,7V (rechargeable) batteries .....

About alkaline rechargeable batteries, these are a relatively old technology (1998, if i recall correctly), used for produce standard cell-sized alkaline-manganese dioxide batteries that can be recharged til some hundred of times (it depend from how much current you take from them in the discharge cycles, and how much last of the charge in the cell, when you recharge it) .....

Some of them are commercialized as BIGRam and Alcava, and more recently EnviroCell and GrandCell (there are other producers, but i don't know all them, and some of them does not import here)

The "best" only depend from your host type and use.

For the dx 50mw the best are the alkalines?Non recheargeble is better?
