The best after sales service i have come across is from Sanwu lasers! a few months ago i bought the Spiker laser from them it was the variable power one with strobe and sos and after a while i found out that i would have preferred the single mode one so i emailed Francis from Sanwu and asked what would be the best way to go about it and the replay was mail it back and we will fix it for you.
Well mailed it back to them with express post and today received the unit back free of labor, parts and shipping charges. That was something i did not expect, all i can say to Francis and Sanwu is Thank you very much i am truly grateful and will recommend your company to anyone wanting to buy lasers.

Yes, Sanwu is top of the line. Their quility is top tier also. Enjoy your laser and be safe. You might want to check out their beam expander their really great also. If you do get the adapter ( only 7.00 extra ) that way you can use them on your other lasers . Welcome to the forum and be safe and enjoy!
