Battery Spacer?

I just ordered this: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1236 and i might end up needing to charge cr2 batteries in it and i was wondering what i could use as a battery spacer in order to charge these batteries. would bending a paper clip work?

I use the little rare-earth magnets that DX sells. 20 for 99¢ I think.

No, they only go between the shorter batteries and the contacts in the charger. They are not needed in the laser. I put about 6 of them on the negative end of each battery in order to keep a good contact on the more recessed positive end of the charger compartment. They do not damage the batteries or interfere in charging at all, they are great conductors.

Don't forget to switch the 3.0v/3.6v switch to 3.0v before you plug that charger in, especially if you use it to charge 3.6v CR123As as well.
