Flying is going to be so much better and easier on you.

Don't be waiting around for DHL on Saturday. They will not deliver unless you contact them or have been given special instructions. At least that is what the FAQ on their site says.

SenKat, I am very grieved to hear this. Lasers should be your last priority; since when do hobbies take precedence over family? Take care of your family matters first.

Thanks again, all - you are simply wonderful ! As another small update - for SOME odd reason, the lasers are in OHIO - Cleveland to be precise....as of 5:45am today...so it looks like they may not make it to Texas today....they sure are taking them on a world tour prior to visiting me in Texas ! This has got to be the slowest damned International Express I have EVER seen !

Weeeee-hooo ! GREAT news (of sorts) !!!

Okay - my entire trip has been canceled - that is the extent of the great news ! So, I will be here when all these gorgeous lasers arrive tomorrow !!!

As long as they arrive with enough time to be tested, and packaged, they will also go out tomorrow ! Sadly neough, this means most likely the earliest arrival will be Thursday, since the post office is closed on Wed. :'(



But, enough about the lasers ! hahahaha ! ;D ;D



My trip has been put on hold until she is "well" neough to accept visitors - in a last minute decision (sounds like a sportcast !) by the family, and the doctor - the trip has been postponed for a while. Emotions really screw up planning things, and that definitely played a huge part in these travel plans. Thanks all for hte kind words, and the nice sentiments, I appreciate it greatly - it is kinda nice having so many extended family members on here, and my other "haunts" - you all are simply put - phenominal !

Oh yeah - this means that everything is back on schedule - the raffle, etc !

I don't know how I missed this thread! I'm so sorry to hear about your Aunt and the entire situation.
