I can only imagine how much work went into the design of this host. Yes, it's a great contribution to the laser community. When I first saw Arctic's post I instantly feel in love with it, it was a long term dream to add one to my collection, so pleased to be able to acquire one.

Can't speak about cheap metal printers, don't know that much about them. Hopefully one day, they will become affordable. Think when they do, it will open up a world of cool things to print. Probably be the next real money maker. :thinking:

Chiming in here;
45kw's generator, they sell those on eBay for 3-5 thousand. But,
it still looks looks it's a little out of my price range, (for now anyways.)

The printer, well gotta feed the beast first.

I mean complete with everything!

Yes, everything expect the diode module; 400mW micro RGB laser module - Opt Lasers
And it's at the house waiting for a home.

Just have to plug her in , add a couple of screws ( included ) put batteries in and push buttons.

It's an expensive hobby, but a fun one. I don't discuss prices with anybody expect the buyer and seller. Sorry

But I am planning on do a review when I get this unit up and running. Going to be a real addition to my collection.

Actually I didn't sell anything to Bob. I only helped Bob out and assembled all electronics to it. I didn't get a dime of it.

I even send my M2, M3 & M4 Allen Keys for Bob and now I'll have to buy new Allen Keys for myself.

There is full part list on #1 post and you can calculate price from there

Now if feel kinda bad Arctic, I was expecting you to make a fair profit. I do thank-you though. I didn't expect you to take tools out of your own tool box, that's going the extra mile for sure! No worries Bob, those Allen Keys probably cost few bucks. So there is no big losses.
I don't know how easy is find Metric tools in US, but I can tell you that ain't easy to find SAE tools in Metric system country. That's why I put those tools in there (and bunch of spare bolts & nuts etc)

And I don't want that first thing you'll have to do when you get back to home, is go to local toolshop to try to find Metric tools that you can put the host together. :wave:

Well I more than appreciate that. But to give up your tools, oooch!

We can find both SAE and metric here fairly easily, that's what makes buying tools so expensive you have buy both sets because so many things have both size nuts/bolts on them, it can get real frustrating, but to part with your tools, I'm not sure I could!

These I have too! Use to mount 3D printers since they often and always have hexagonal screws!
The top is commonly used throughout the world mostly in Italy, the bottom use it in China and Japan!

Ok, well 5 isn't that bad, glad you got them replaced. Not as bad as giving up a laser, but it's a close second!
