I have a "1W" laser from o-like and am starting to doubt it's output for a few reasons.
1. I tried to turn the potentiometer screw down just to see how low it could go, it stopped working and I panicked and thought I was driving it up, so I turned it in the opposite direction and it did a strobe light sort of thing and then stopped, so then I turned it a bit higher and it finally got a stable output. Phew!
2. I bought it for only $54
3.I have seen other people with 1W lasers that can burn things much faster than mine
4. I'm not blind yet :crackup:
