I have what amounts to 3 lasers coming. I'll soon be getting a red laser 300mW copperburner from likeitbright. I have a custom bluray I'm having muffin_man making beyond that I'm doing a trade for a 125mW green. All goes well by the beginning of next month I'll have the 3 primary colors!

Everyday, I've been getting home hoping a package has arrived, I think that's the worst part for people new to this. With most items I'll buy directly but with lasers they must be mailed in. I think a laser store would be impossible due to lawsuits and direct walk-in retail prices would be through the roof. I have goggles before anyone brings that up! :cool:

I love the anticipation of walking to the mailbox, sticking the key in the keyhole, turning it, then slowly opening the door hoping to see either a nice small package, or a pink slip saying it's in the front office.
But when it's not there :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I've been waiting for 2 weeks now to get my 1st laser (200mW red laser from o-like) and its driving me nuts waiting! Every few hours I check the status of the package and its said the same thing for over a week now...UGHHHHH its killing me!

ahhhh, i know how you feel jc. I ordered from o-like a month ago and the usps status finally has changed and shows the package is in my home state.

I instinctively check the boards to see if I have a package waiting for me, whether I've ordered something or not. The desk workers at my dorm think I'm insane...

My first red laser from kaidoman took over a MONTH! How do like that for waiting? :D Everyday is same waiting for the red I'm getting, hurry up airmail!

the wait never gets easier.....i actually get so bad sometimes that i'll drive around looking for the mail lady because she is ten minutes late.........but then again, i've got problems........

OMFG I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT DID THAT!!! :eek: :eek: but I get the mail at 5pm so I drive around at about 10am to find him ;D ;D if I see him I just yell OMG MAIL MAN!!!! and it kinda freaks my friends out when I do that ::) ::) :p :p :p :-[ :-[ :-[ :-/ :-/ :-X :-X

haha my mail doesn't come till 2pm, so if i don't have to work i try not to wait up before 1pm, so i don't torture myself!

haha i know when i get a shipment in cause it take the mail lady forever cause she has to scan like 7 diff packages (delivery confirmation). i bet she loves me :D

I'm stoked! The tracking info said it left NY today and is set for a 2-3 day delivery.

I called USPS a few days ago to see what information they could give me and the lady told me it was in customs possession locked up...she made it sound like they weren't gonna send it to me. I hope its 2 days and not 3, but going from NY to Kansas City would probably take 3 days with my luck.

"Locked up" can simply mean that they haven't even gotten to opening the container yet or it is sitting on someone's desk waiting to be "cleared." It doesn't really mean anything.

i just shipped from here in missouri about an hour from KC to new york, and it took 4 days usps priority, but that was also through a sunday and presidents day.
